Won't drag picture into frame.

Win 10 Dell desktop.

It used to work fine then suddenly would not drag a picture into the frame. When you move the cursor over the picture It stays as an arrow versus turning to a hand, like it used to.


I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling Hive and restarting the browser But that did not help.
