New Project (Count number of users currently on jumping castle)

I am a jumping castle business owner, a moderate programmer and fan of tinkering with new hardware and software projects. I came across hive during my research for this project. I am trying to improve child safety during use of a jumping castle by assisting the operator identifying risky behaviors.

Goal 1
Use an Arduino or phone app to monitor the number of users playing on a jumping castle in real time. The number of users is to be displayed and an alarm sounds when a preset limit has been reached.

Goal 2
A bit more advanced but I believe possible due to the rapidly improving abilities of AI. I want to be able to process a live stream, identify rough play (Flips/somersaults/pushing/Rapid movements etc) and respond with audio feedback over a speaker ("Boy with yellow shirt, no somersaults allowed on the jumping castle").
