View All Users and Content Published on your Platform
The Content and User Feed pages of the Dashboard are continuous feeds of new users and posts sent to the Dashboard, categorized by top moderation categories. These moderation feeds provide high-level visibility into the type of content and users on your platform. You can sort and filter through the rows of data to get more insight and click into a user or post to get a more details.
User Content Feed
1. Provides visibility into all user generated content being posted on your platform (pictures, text, videos)
- Who posted the content? (user ID)
- When was it posted?
- What were the triggered moderation categories based on your threshold configurations?
- What was the last action taken on the post either by auto-mod or manual-mod?
- Send problematic posts to the Review Feed manually
2. Search, filter, and sort through Content
- Search for content by post ID, user ID, or text from the post
- Filter by post time (all time, last 24 hrs, last 7 days, etc.)
- Filter by Moderation Categories (default filter will always show posts with at least one category triggered)
- Filter by Last Action Taken
- Filter for posts in the Review Feed
3. Click into a post to get more details on the post
- View flagged categories, model classes and associated confidence scores detected by model
- View which classes were triggered in a video and jump to parts of the video where the class scores were highest.
- Download model results JSON
- View content specific metadata for each piece of content
- Take enforcement actions for problematic posts straight from this view
Users Feed
1. View all users that published at least 1 post on your platform
- User's top moderation categories based on the type of content they publish most
- User's last active date
- Flagged post percentage (# of flagged posts out of total posts published by user)
- Last Action Taken
- Send problematic users to the Review Feed manually
2. Search, filter, and sort through Users
- Search for users by user ID
- Filter by User Start Date (all users, last 24 hrs, last 7 days, etc.)
- Filter by User post time (all time, last 24 hrs, last 7 days, etc.)
- Filter by Moderation Categories (default filter will always show posts with at least one category triggered)
- Filter by Last Action Taken
- Filter for users in the Review Feed
3. Click into a user for more details on their post history
- User stats (total posts, flagged posts, etc.)
- User’s Post History (search, filter, sort through the user content)
- View user specific metadata
- Take enforcement actions for problematic users straight from this view
